Why we started

Hostel and PG owners told us the same thing again and again: the phone never stops. Enquiries come at night, residents call about water and WiFi, and rent has to be chased every month. Missing one call can mean an empty bed. Answering every call means no time for anything else.

So we built Hostel Desk AI - a small device with its own SIM card that answers the hostel phone like a trained receptionist, in Hindi and English, 24x7. Then people asked for the same help for themselves, and Desk AI Personal was born: an AI secretary with its own phone number.
